Our Fees
Procuring Fee $300 when a tenant has been procured & the lease is executed.
Cooperating Brokerage Fee $150
Set-Up Fee $75 is due a time of signing the Property Management Agreement
Lease Renewal Fee $150
Property Management Fee 10% of all gross rents collected
Non Management Fee $50.00 hr for the costs of any non-management services provided may without limitation, procuring 3rd party vendors, serving notices, dealing with evictions, court appearance, etc.
Sale 6% if the Property is sold during the lease term
No Vacancy Fee's
Late Fees are retained by us to offset admin costs, postage, notices and filling fees
